Registration

To submit a registration for the ESB 2014 conference, please read the directions below and click on the “Go To Registration ” button. The registration process is fulfilled by the University of Liverpool Online Shop facility and is outside of the ESB2014 website. If for any reason the registration process crashes or you accidentally close the window, you can pick up the session again using the following link:

To register for the conference, the online shop allows you to register multiple delegates for one payment. If you wish to take advantage of this facility, please ensure that you click the button   Add Delegates   before you add the conference to the shopping basket. The online Registration process requires you to pay using a debit or credit card. If you wish to pay with a cheque/check or direct bank transfer, please click the following link and supply the requested information, or send an email to esb2014@liv.ac.uk:

The registration fees are:

Qualifying societies are ESB and EORS plus members of The International Union of Societies for Biomaterials Sciences and Engineering (IUS-BSE). For a list, please visit: http://www.esbiomaterials.eu/index.php?cid=AboutUs&op=4. Proof of membership will be required before the conference. Proof from the institution of a student’s status will also be required before the conference.

A small stipend is awarded to a selection of university students that meet ESB's requirements. Students who accept the stipend must work a minimum of 4 hours on the day before the conference opens to help with preparations.

If paying to attend the conference is an issue, your educational institution's scholarship office may offer additional financial opportunities. Because a stipend or scholarship may not provide adequate financing, short term loans can also be used to pay for registration fees and give cash-strapped students the opportunity to attend.

Refunds in respect of any request to cancel a registration to the ESB 2014 conference will be made strictly by reference to the official Refund Policy.
