Please note, that you cannot register multiple delegates on one form using this page. Please fill out a separate form for each registrant, but you may make a single payment for multiple delegates. For difficulties because of this restriction, please email esb2014@liv.ac.uk.
The registration fees after 1.8.2014 are:

Qualifying societies are ESB and EORS plus members of The International Union of Societies for Biomaterials Sciences and Engineering (IUS-BSE). For a list, please visit: http://www.esbiomaterials.eu/index.php?cid=AboutUs&op=4. Proof of membership will be required before the conference. Proof from the institution of a student’s status will also be required before the conference.
If paying by direct bank transfer, please use as a reference JXG10801.7015 ESB2014 VAT=N Surname, Your Institutions Order Number and send a confirmation email to esb2014@liv.ac.uk with this reference number (for example, the reference may look like: JXG10801.7015 ESB2014 VAT=N SMITH 12345678).
